Behind the stakes of every enterprise, in order to take up the challenges, there are always people, hence interpersonal relations. Creating or restoring the relational flexibility between the various actors allows overcoming the difficulties.

Our approach is at the same time systemic, strategic and interactional.

The problem is considered within the system where it is located.
It is mostly sufficient to change one element of the system for the whole system to evolve.

The system’s relevant elements, the levers of the change to achieve as well as the obstacles are precisely identified.

Our strategy consists in experiencing innovative alternative solutions, sometimes at the complete opposite of what has already been attempted, in order to get out of the dynamic which generated the problem and is feeding it.

Practical

Rather than investigating the cause of the problem (“why and who is responsible”), our interventions are short and focus on change.

The proposals are concrete and immediately applicable.

They are as many trainings which are transferrable.

When a problem arises, we consider that it is not linked to a given person, but to the interaction between two or more people, which is malfunctioning, and is thus at the origin of the counter-performance. We analyze the dynamic of their relations in order to identify the deadlocks and make solutions emerge. You don’t change people’s nature, but you can change their relations.

In order to introduce the change, we don’t lean on standards, rules, protocols or user’s manuals. Nothing is taken for granted : a solution which worked for given past or similar situations is neither necessarily adapted nor valid in the present. We respect and take everyone’s point of view and needs into account : it is indeed with him or her that we jointly work out adequate solutions.
